RESOLUTION NO. 88-86
WAIVER OF SIXTY DAY WAITING PERIOD
FOR CHARITABLE GAMBLING APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Eisenhower Parent Teacher Organization is an
important source of support for Eisenhower school and its
students, and
WHEREAS, to accomodate the Organization, a waiver of the sixty
day waiting period allowed the City of Hopkins by the
Minnesota Charitable Gambling Board is necessary,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Hopkins hereby waives the sixty day requirement for the
Eisenhower Parent Teacher organization gambling application.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 11th day
of October, 1988.
