RESOLUTION NO. 88-90
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council NO.88-89,
adopted the 18th day of October, 1988, fixed a date for a
hearing on the proposed improvement of Hobby Acres Streets
by the reconstruction thereof with curb and gutter and
asphalt surface and the installation of storm storm sewers
thereon, the total estimated cost thereof being $472,407 for
curb and gutter and asphalt surface, and $160,400 for storm
sewers.
WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed for the making of this improvement were given
ten days published notice of the council hearing through two
weekly publications of the required notice, and a hearing
was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 15th
day of November, 1988.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in

the Council Resolution No. 88-48 adopted June 7, 1988.
2. That Robert T. Toddie, City Engineer, TKDA, is
hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement and
he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.

Adopted by the city council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, this 15th day of November, 1988.
