RESOLUTION NO: 88-92
RESOLUTION VACATING EASEMENTS ON
PORTIONS OF BLOCKS 12 & 13, WEST MINNEAPOLIS CENTER
WHEREAS, an easement for public highway purposes
over the northeasterly 20 feet of Blocks 12 & 13, West
Minneapolis was granted in 1948, and
WHEREAS, no highway
constructed on that easement, and
or
roadway
was
ever
WHEREAS, no plans are in effect to utilize that
easement in the future, and
WHEREAS, the present fee owner, Red Owl Stores,
Inc., have used the land and are using the land and have
fenced it for many years.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, that the 20 foot
easement over the northeasterly portion of Blocks 12 & 13,
West Minneapolis are hereby vacated and that the City Mayor
and Manager are authorized to sign a Quit Claim Deed to Red
Owl Stores, Inc.

Hopkins, Minnesota this 1st day of November, 1988.
