RESOLUTION NO. 88-93
WAIVER OF SIXTY DAY WAITING PERIOD
FOR CHARITABLE GAMBLING APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Evening Lions Club is an important source
of support for local Hopkins charities, and
WHEREAS, to accomodate the Club, a waiver of the sixty day
waiting period allowed the City of Hopkins by the Minnesota
Charitable Gambling Board is necessary,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the city
of Hopkins hereby waives the sixty day requirement for the
Hopkins Evening Lions Club gambling application.
