1988-101 . j CITY OF HOPKINS ~J ~sseJ Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO.88-101 A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council NO.88-91, adopted the 1st day of November, 1988, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of Campbell Addition Area Streets by the reconstruction thereof with curb and gutter and asphalt surface and the installation of storm sewers thereon, the total estimated cost thereof being $347,323, and WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making of this improvement were given ten days published notice of the council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and a hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 17th day of January, 1989. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution No. 88-50 adopted June 21, 1988. 2. That Robert T. Toddie, City Engineer, TKDA, is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement and he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. . I.
