ORDINANCE NO: 88-605
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PART OF
HOPKINS ZONING ORDINANCE 515-570 PERTAINING
TO AND CHANGING THE ZONING
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins as follows:
SECTION 1: That the present zoning classification
of B-3 upon the following described premises is hereby
repealed and in lieu thereof the said premises are hereby
zoned I-1:
PAR: The North 287.1 feet of the West 379.31
feet of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 25,
Township 117, Range 22, subject to
roadway easement and the North 254.09
feet of the East 57.23 feet of Outlot
'C' Westbrooke Patio Homes
according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for Hennepin County.
SECTION 2: That the presently existing Hopkins
Zoning Map adopted as part of the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance
515-570 is hereby amended and changed in accordance with the
above provisions.
First read at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Hopkins, held February 2, 1988, and
finally read, approved, adopted and ordered published at a
regular meeting held on the 16th day of Fepruary, 1988.
