ORDINANCE NO: 88-620
ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ADAMS AVENUE NORTH
IN WEST MINNEAPOLIS CENTER
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the following described thoroughfare in the
following designated area of the City of Hopkins, viz:
That part of Adams Avenue as dedicated in the plat
of West Minneapolis Center, which lies northerly
of the following described line:

Beginning at the northerly corner of Tract D,
Registered Land Survey No. 1465, Files of the
Registrar of Ti tIes, County of Hennepin; thence
run Northwesterly along the northwesterly
extension of the northeast line of said Tract for
a distance of 6.17 feet; thence deflect right
along a tangential curve having a radius of 924.93
feet for a distance of 150 feet more or less to
the west line of Adams Avenue and there
terminating.
And which lies
described line:
southerly
of
the
following
Commencing at the southwest corner of Tract A,
Registered Land Survey No. 505, Files of the
Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin; thence on
an assumed bearing of North 3 degrees 27 minutes
36 seconds East along the westerly line of said
Tract, a distance of 170.25 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence
North 24 degrees 50 minutes 15 seconds West, a
distance of 6.17 feet; thence Northwesterly along
a tangential curve to the right-having a radius of
924.93 feet to the westerly line of said Adams
Avenue and there terminating.
