ORDINANCE NO: 88-625
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY
IN BLOCK 7, WEST MINNEAPOLIS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the following described thoroughfares in the
following designated area of the City of Hopkins, viz:
That part of the north-south alley in Block 7,
West Minneapolis lying north of the north lot
lines of Lots 15 and 18 extended, and lying south
of the north 25 feet of Lots 10 & 23 and the
south 15 feet of Lot 22, Block 7, West Minneapolis
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public thoroughfare.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of
the Ci ty of Hopkins held June 2, 1987, and finally read,
approved, adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting
of said Council of said City on November 1, 1988.
