1987-021 ...-. ~~ CITY OF HOPKINS o HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO.87-21 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 87-17 of the Council adopted March 3, 1987, a report has been prepared by Gordon Anderson, Director of Engineering, with reference to improvement of 1002-2nd Street Northeast by the installation of a fire hydrant thereon and this report was received by the Council on March 17, 1987. o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such 1002-2nd Street Northeast in accordance with the report and the assessment of: o Tract M and that part of Tracts P and L Reg Land Survey No. 561 lying NEly of a line run from a poin t on the NWly line of said Tract P a dis of 66.79 ft SWly from the most Nly cor of said Tract P to a point on the Sly line of said Tract L a dis of 770.15 ft E from the most Wly cor of said Tract L also that part of Lot 91 Aud. Sub. No. 239 lying E of a line run from a point on the N line of said Lot 91 a dis of 31.21 ft W from the most Ely cor of said Lot 91 to a point on the SEly line of said Lot 91 a dis of 29.96 ft SWly from the most Ely cor thof (P.l.D 19-117-21 13 0019) and that part of Tracts P and L Reg Land Survey No. 561 lying SWly of a line run from a point on the NWly line of said Tract P a dis of 66.79 ft SWly from the most Nly cor of said Tract P to a point on the Sly line of said Tract L a dis of 770.15 ft E from the most Wly cor of said Tract L also that part of Lot 91 Aud. Sub. No. 239 lying Wly of a line run from a point on the N line of said Lot 91 a dis of 31.21 ft W from the most Ely cor of said Lot 91 through a point on the SEly line of said Lot 91 a dis of 29.96 ft from the most Ely cor thof (P.l.D. 19- 117-21 13 0020). for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A., Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111, as amended, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $7,015; and will further consid~r the market value before and after said improvement, of the property affected thereby. o "'-' ... 2. A pUblic hearing shall be held on such proposed o improvement on the 21st day of April, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M., and the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
