HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING
APPLICATION FOR SUBDIVISION APPROVAL SUBD87-1
WHEREAS, an application for Subdi vision Approval
entitled SUBD87-1, has been made by Jack Welch, to plat the
property located at the southwest corner of 7th Street and
11th Avenue South.

WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application
follows:
o
1. That an application for SUBD87-1 was
filed with the City of Hopkins on
February 2, 1987.
2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission
reviewed such application on February
24, 1987.
3. That the Hopkins Planning Commission,
pursuant to published and mailed
notices, held a public hearing on
February 24, 1987; all persons present
at the hearing were given an opportunity
to be heard.
4. That the written comments and analysis
of the City Staff and the Planning
Commission were considered.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hopkins
City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect
to SUBD87-1:
1. That the subdi vision meets the
requirements for lots in a B-3 District.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application SUBD87-1
is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:

1. That the Conditional Use Permit is approved for
the car wash/convenience store.
