RESOLUTION NO: 87-30
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ADDITIONAL FIRE LANES AT
WESTBROOKE APARTMENTS, CONDOMINIUMS AND PATIO HOMES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable for the City
of Hopkins to declare additional fire lanes in the
Westbrooke complex; and
o
WHEREAS, said fire lanes have been requested by
the Fire Department and management representati ves of the
Westbrooke complexes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota: that we do hereby
designate the fire lanes on the properties known as
Westbrooke North, Park, West, Condominiums and Patio Homes
to be in conformance wi th the maps of the above sections
dated April 8, 1987 and said maps shall replace old maps in
the City Clerks Office Fire Lane Book.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 21st
day of April, 1987.
