1987-031 o RESOLUTION NO: 87- 31 RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON 11TH AVENUE SOUTH MSAS 1 346 from 5th Street South to 6th Street South in the City of Hopkins. THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 21st day of April, 1987, by the City of Hopkins in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City", WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 1346, (11th Avenue South) from 5th Street South to 6th Street South, and WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of this Street, and o WHEREAS, this improvement does not adequate width for parking on both sides of the approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal Aid Street project must therefore be conditioned certain parking restrictions, and provide street State upon WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a Municipal State Aid project in the "City", has been determined. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of 11th Avenue South from 5th Street South to 6th Street South at all times.
