RESOLUTION NO. 87-32
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council No.87-21,
adopted the 17th day of March, 1987, fixed a date for a
hearing on the proposed improvement of 1002-2nd Street
Northeast by the installation of a fire hydrant thereon, the
o total estimated cost thereof being $7,015, and
WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed for the making of this improvement were given
ten days published notice of .the council hearing through two
weekly publications of the required notice, and a hearing
was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 21st
day of April, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in

the Council Resolution No. 87-21 adopted March 17, 1987.
2. That Gordon Anderson, Director of Engineering, is
hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement and
he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, this 21st day of April, 1987.
