MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL/STAFF MEETING - 7-21-87
A special Council/Staff meeting was held at 5:30 p.m on July
21, 1987 in the Community Room of City Hall.
Present were Mayor Milbert; Councilmembers: Shirley,
Redepenning, Anderson, and Kritzler. Also present were City
staff members: Rapp, Renne, Johnson, Wilson, Mielke,
Genellie, and Schedler.
A status report on 1987 City Council goals was furnished to
the Council and staff. The City Manager reviewed the status
report with the City Council. Staff suggested that two
goals be added to the list: II Revitalization/Tax Base
Maintenancell and lIConduct Team Building with Staffll.
After adding the two new goals, Council and staff re-
prioritized the goals. A copy of the results is attached.
The meeting was adjourned.
