CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota ORDINANCE NO: 87-572 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL ZONING: AMENDING AND ADDING TO SECTION 530 OF THE HOPKINS ZONING ORDINANCE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as follows: That the Hopkins City Code No. 530.05 be and the same is hereby amended by adding the followinig provisions: PERMITTED USES R-1-E P 1 Family Detached Dwelling 2 Family Dwelling 2-4 Family Dwelling Townhouse 3 Story Multiple Dwelling Multiple Dwelling Hopkins Owned Park & Recreation Lot Area (sq.ft.) Non-Residential Use Lot Area Family (sq.ft.) Lot Width % Building Coverage Front Yard (ft.) Side Yard (ft.) 1 Story 2 Story 3 Story Rear Yard Dwelling Floor Area Sq.Ft. Building Height P 40,000 40,000 40,000 100 35 35 10 12 14 40 1 ,200 35 That the present zoning classification of R-1-D upon the following described premises is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof the said premises are hereby zoned as R-1-E. PAR. 1: Bellgrove and Bellgrove Second Addition SECTION 2: Zoning Map Ordinance changed in That the present existing Hopkins adopted as part of the Hopkins Zoning No. 515-570 is hereby amended and accordance with the above provision.
