AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SALE, CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY OF
LIQUOR BEER AND WINE AMENDING SUBSECTION 1200.09 OF HOPKINS
CITY CODE 1200
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
Hopkins City Code 12.00.09 is amended
to read:
1200.09.
CLUB LICENSES. On sale licenses may be granted,
in addition to the limitations prescribed in subsection
1200.07, to bona fide clubs. The license permits the sale
of intoxicating liquor to members and bona fide guests.
First read at a regular meet1ng of the City Council of the
City of Hopkins on April 21, 1987 and finally read, adopted,
and ordered published on May 5, 1987.
