AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SKATEBOARDING IN THE
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT; AND ADDING SECTION 1333
TO THE CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES
ORDAIN:
Hopkins City Code, is amended by adding Section
1333: SKATEBOARDS
Hopkins City
1333.01 shall read:
1333, Subsection
Code, Section
1333.01. Prohibited. No person shall ride or
operate a skateboard upon a public street,
alley or sidewalk within the B-2 District.
First read at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Hopkins on May 18, 1987, and finally
read adopted and ordered published on June 2, 1987.
