Sect~on 1.
amended to read:
Hopk~ns ClI:y C0de. Subse':t~on 1330.07. is hereby
1330.07. - Impounding. A b1.cycle operated or found on a
public place as here1nabove set forch with1n the city which 1S not
registered as required by this sect10n, shall be impounded by the
pol ice department and he 1d by such department until said .yeh-~e-!-e
bicycle is properly registered dS here~nabove set forth and the
1mpounding fee set by chapter X has been paid. In the event any
such bicycle is not claimed wiCIHn chree months from the date of
such impoundment. it shall be solo by che c~t)r at public sale or
auction as provided in sect10n 305.
Section 2. Hopkins City Code ~s amended by adding a new
subsection to read:
