ORDINANCE NO. 87- 593
An OrdInance relatIng to commercIal structures and
requirements for certificates of occupancy; amendIng Subd. 3 of the
Hopkins C~ty Code 430.01.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. HopkIns City Code 430.01, Subd. 3 IS amended to
read:
Subd. 3. "Certificate eXpIratIon" occurs whenever any
change occurs In the ownership of a bUIldIng or structure or part
thereof as defIned in the CIty BUIldIng Code, or on the date upon
WhICh a change, addition or remodelIng to any bUIldIng or structure
includin~ut not limited to plumbIng, heatIng, electrical, gas,
sewer or other facilItIes are installed, altered, extended,
relocated or changed thereIn or thereon WIthout the issuance of
a building or installatIon permIt.
