ORDINANCE NO. 87- 594
An Ordlnance relating to the Hopklns BUlldlng Code and
establishing requlrements for Mechanlcal Permits; amending Section
400 of th~ Hopkins City Code.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES ORDAIN:
Subsectlon 400 of the Hopklns City Code is amended by
addlng a new subsection to read:
400.06. Permits Required. It is unlawful for any person
to perform any work on mechanical systems of a building regulated
by thls code wlthout first havlng obtalned a permlt and pald the
fees required in Chapter X. Permits required by this section may
be issued only to persons duly llcensed as Mechanlcal Contractors
by the City of Hopkins, if required.
