RESOLUTION NO.87-42
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council NO.87-29,
adopted the 7th day of April, 1987, fixed a date for a
hearing on the proposed improvement of the alley at 358-19th
Avenue North by the installation of concrete surfacing
thereon, the total estimated cost thereof being $4692, and
WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed for the making of this improvement weregi~en
ten days published notice of the council hearing through two
weekly publications of the required notice, and a hearing
, ,
was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 5th
day of May, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
the Council Resolution NO.87-29 adopted April 7, 1987.
2. That Gordon Anderson, Director of Engineering, is
hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement and
he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, this 5th day of May, 1987.
