1987-045 ~-' o o o CITY OF HOPKINS HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 87-45 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No.87-34 of the Council adopted April 21, 1987, a report has been prepared by Gordon Anderson, Director of Engineering, with reference to improvement of Interlachen Oaks by the installation of a watermain extension of the north part of the loop into the Westbrooke Patio Home area and this report was received by the Council on May 18, 1987. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such Interlachen Oaks in accordance with the report and the assessment of the following described property: That part of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 desc as beg at a pt on N line thof dist 250.82 ft E from the intersection of said N line with SEly r/w line of C.M.St. P & PRy, th SWly to a pt on a line drawn SEly at ria's to said r/w line and dist 150 ft from said pt of intersection th SWly par and dist 150 ft SEly of said r/w line to W line of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 th S to SW cor thof th E along S line thof to W line of Westbrooke Patio Homes th N along said W line to N line of NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 th W to beg, except road, Sec 25 T 117 R 22 (P.I.D. 25- 117-22 32 0092); Lot 1, Block 1 (P.I.D. 25-117-22 33 0003) and Lot 1, Block 2 (P.I.D. 25-117-22 33 0004), Opus 2 Ninth Addition; and Lot 1 (P.I.D. 25-117-22 33 0005) and Lot 2(P.I.D. 25-117-22 33 0006), Block 1, Hills of Oakwood ~ o o . for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A., Secs. 429.011 to Secs. 429.111, as amended, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $28,350; and will further consider the market value before and after said improvement, of the property affected thereby. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 16th day of June, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M., and the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
