RESOLUTION NO.87-46
RESOLUTION DENYING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council No. 87-20
adopted March 3, 1987, fixed a date for a hearing on the
proposed improvement of 7th Avenue North between railroad
right of way and 1st street North by the installation of mid
block street lighting thereon, the total estimated cost
thereof being $3,230, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable
to be assessed for the making of this improvement were given
ten days published notice of the council hearing through two
weekly publications of the required notice, and a hearing
was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 21st
day of April, 1987 and continued to May 5, 1987 and May 18,
1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement as proposed in Council Resolution
No.87-20 adopted March 3, 1987, be denied.
