RESOLUTION NO: 87-59
WHEREAS, It has been deemed advisable and
necessary for the City of Hopkins to participate in the cost
of a construction project located on C.S.A.H. No.3 within
the limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, Said construction project has
approved by the Commissioner of Transportation
identified in his records as S.A.P. No. 27-603-17.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that we do hereby
appropriate from our Municipal State-A~d Street Funds the
sum of $ 81,775.75 dollars to apply toward the construction
of said project and request the Commissioner of
~c:> Transportation to approve this authorization.

I, J. Scott Renne, duly appointed and qualified
Clerk in and for the City of Hopkins, State of Minnesota, do
hereby certify that the above is a true and full copy of a
resolution duly adopted by the City Council of said City
