RESOLUTION NO.87-61
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council NO.87-45,
adopted the 18th day of May, 1987, fixed a date for a
hearing on the proposed improvement of Interlachen Oaks by
the installation of a watermain extension of the north part
of the loop into the Westbrooke Patio Home area, the total

estimated cost thereof being $28,350, and

WHEREAS all property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed for the making of this improvement were given
ten days published notice of the council hearing through two
weekly publications of the required notice, and a hearing
was held and the property owners heard thereon on the 16th
day of June, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in

the Council Resolution NO.87-45 adopted May 18, 1987.
2. That Gordon Anderson, Director of Engineering, is
hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement and
he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.

2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 21st day of July, 1987 in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M., and the
Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, this 2nd day of June, 1987.
