RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
HENNEPIN COUNTY
JOINT CDBG AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins, Minnesota and the County of
Hennepin have executed a Joint Cooperation Agreement, County
Contract No. 70474, for the purpose of qualifying as an
Urban County under the United States Department of Housing
and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant
program for Fiscal Years 1988, 1989, and 1990.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins
that Amendment No. 1 to the Joint Cooperation Agreement,
County Contract No. 70474 be approved and that the Mayor and
the City Manager be authorized to sign Amendment No. 1 on
behalf of the City.
The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and upon
a vote being duly taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Milbert, Redepenning, Kritzler, Anderson,
Shirley.
and the ,following voted against:
None
WHEREUPON SAID RESOLUTION WAS DECLARED DULY PASSED AND
ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF OCTOBER 1987.
