BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota that a budget for City operations for calendar year
1988 is hereby adopted as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certain fund transfers are hereby
approved as part of the operating budget;
