RESOLUTION NO: 87-98
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS
AS HRA BOARD MEMBERS
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has established a Housing
and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) in accordance with
Minnesota Statute 291, as amended.

WHEREAS, members of the ci ty Council of the City of
Hopkins are presently serving as the HRA Board,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that individuals elected
to the City Council of the city of Hopkins shall also be
considered appointed to the HRA Board. Such appointment
shall be concurrent with the term of the individual as a
Council member.
