RESOLUTION NO: 87- 99
USE OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS
ON COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY NO 3
WHEREAS, it has been deemed ad visable and
necessary for the City of Hopkins to partic~pate in the cost
of a construction project located onCSAH No.3 within the
limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been
app~oved by the Commissioner of Transportation and
identified in his records as SAP No. 27-603-17.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby
appropriate from our Municipal State Aid Street Funds the
sum of $55,257.68 to apply toward the construction of said
project and request the Commissioner of Transportation to
approve this authorization.
CERTIFICATION
I, J. Scott Renne, duly appointed and qualified Clerk in and
for the City of Hopkins, State of Minnesota, do hereby
certify that the above is a true and full copy of a
resolution duly adopted by the City Council of said City
assembled in regular sess~on on the 11th of Novembert 1987.
