RESOLUTION NO. 85-3202
A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF
HAZE LANE TO HAZEL LANE
WHEREAS, Hazelane is a public thoroughfare running in a north..;.south
direction from Farmdale Road to State Highway No.7, and
WHEREAS, confusion has been generated by the spelling of the name as
one word, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the interest of general public
welfare that the name be change to IIHazel Lanell;

NOU THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Hopkins that the public thoroughfare now known as Hazelane within the
City of Hopkins be and the same is hereby changed to HAZEL LANE.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be filed with
the Hennepin County Engineer, the Hennepin County Auditors, the United
States Post Office at Hopkins, Minnesota and such other officials as the
City Engineer of the City of Hopkins may deem necessary or appropriate to
accomoplish the purposes thereof.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Hopkins held on the 2nd day of July, 1985.
