RESOLUTION NO. 85-3222
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN TAXICAB RATES
WHEREAS, Hopkins ordinance #475:35 authorizes the City
Council to set maximum taxicab rates; and
WHEREAS, taxicab rates have not increased since 1980
while expenses h~v~significantly increased since that time.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the maximum rate per mile be
increased from $1.00 to $1.10 per mile.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, this 19th day of November 1985.
