RESOLUTION NO. 85- 3229 A
CITY OF HOPKINS
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING
APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 85-56
WHEREAS, an application for a Conditional Use Permit entitled CUP85-56
has been made by Brian Zubert, 15612 Highway 7, Minnetonka, Minnesota, to
permit construction of a Car Care Facility at the southwest corner of 7th
Street and 11th Avenue South.
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application isas follows:
1. That an application for Conditional Use Permit was filed with the
City of Hopkins on October 11, 1985.
2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission reviewed such application on
October 29, 1985.
3. That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed notices,
held a public hearing on October 29, 1985;
all persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be
heard.
4. The written conments and analysis of the City Staff and the Planning
Commission were considered. ,\.,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hopkins City Council makes the
following Findings of Fact in respect to CUP-85-56:
1. That the plan as revirsedidated November 8, 1985 is in conformance
with the current ordinance
