ORDINANCE NO. 85-556
ORDINANCE VACATING A PART OF THE
NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 3,
WEST MINNEAPOLIS CENTER
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That the following described thoroughfare in the following designated
area of the City of Hopkins, viz:
All that part of the alley in Block 3, West Minneapolis
Center, lying north of the south line of said Block 3,
.
and south of a line running from the northwest corner
of Lot 6 to the northeast corner of Lot 21, all in said
Block 3
be and the same is" hereby vacated as a public thoroughfare.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Hopkins
held on September 18, 1985, and finally read, approved, adopted and ordered
published at a regular meeting of said Council of said City of October 1, 1985.
