RESOLUTION NO. 85-3176
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MUNICIPAL STATE-AID
FUNDS TO T.H. #7 PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, as follows:

WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the
City of Hopkins to participate in the cost of a construction project
located on T.H. No.7 within the limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the
Department of Highways and identified in its records as S.P. 2706-141
(T.H.7=12), Agreement No. 61970.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Hopkins, Minnesota: That we do hereby appropriate from our t1unicipal
State-Aid Funds the sum of $13,519.17 to apply toward the construction
of said project and request the Commissioner of Highways to approve this
authorization.

I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a Resolution
presented to and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
at a duly authorized meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of January, 1985,
