RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
JACKSON STREET TRAFFIC SIGNALS
CITY PROJECT 08 -08
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Collins Electrical Systems, Inc. in the amount of $158,854.00 is the lowest
responsible bid for the Jackson Street Traffic Signals, City Project 08 -08, and the Mayor
and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said
bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 7 th day of July, 2009.
