RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2009 BLAKE ROAD SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 09 -09
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Pember Companies, Inc. in the amount of $194,383.09 is the lowest
responsible bid for the 2009 Blake Road Sidewalk Improvements, City Project 09 -09,
and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 21 day of July,
2009.
