2009-058BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Total Construction & Equipment Inc in the amount of $327,338.85 is the
lowest responsible bid for the Water Treatment Plant Emergency Generator, City Project
07 -09, and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
a contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 20 day of October,
2009.
