Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:20 pm. Present were Mayor Maxwell and Council
members, Rowan, Youakim, Halverson, and City Manager Rick Getschow
Council Member Halverson asked for an update on the Park Nicollet project. City Manager Getschow
stated that we should hear the results of the grant process later in February.
City Council members discussed the items for the joint Planning and Zoning Commission and City
Council Work Session that will take place on Tuesday, February 9th
Council member Youakim asked about the inflow and infiltration (I and I surcharges) that the cities are
faced with.
City Manager Getschow stated that the next event of the Engaging Raspberry Renter program at
Ramsgate this year will take place on Wednesday, February 10 at 7:00 p.m.
The City Manager provided a draft of the annual report which will be completed in time for the State of
the City Address on February 23
With no further business, a motion was made by Youakim, seconded by Maxwell to adjourn the meeting. The
motion passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm.
