MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, February Y 16, 2010
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 9:10 pm. Present were Mayor Maxwell and
Council members, Brausen, Halverson, Youakim, Bruce Rowan, and City Manager Rick
Getschow
OTHER:
Council member Rowan inquired about ASCAP licensing. City Manager Getschow stated
that the City has applied for that licensing and Stages Theatre may be included in that
license. He will follow -up with Jay Strachota.
Council member Brausen asked that the City follow -up with /a business in the City that is
looking to potentially relocate from their lease in a current office building to the
ownership of their own building. Getschow stated that Kersten Elverum will follow -up.
City Council members discussed and planned the State of the City event that is scheduled
for Tuesday, February 23 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hopkins Center for the Arts.
With no further business, a motion was made by Brausen, seconded by Youakim to adjourn the
meeting at 9:45 p. m. The motion passed unanimously.
