RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
5" STREET SOUTH RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 08-07
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Valley Paving, Inc. in the amount of $891,127.06 is the lowest responsible
bid for the 5 th Street South Reconstruction Project, City Project 08-07, and the Mayor
and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said
bidder for and on behalf of the City;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that SRF Consulting Group, Inc. will perform the
construction services for this project and the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to into a contract with said firm for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 15 day of June,
2010.
