MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Tuesday, July 6, 2010
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 9:20 pm. Present were
Mayor Maxwell and Council Members, Brausen, Halverson, Youakim,
Rowan and City Manager Rick Getschow.
OTHER:
• City Manager Getschow distributed a draft of the 2010 -2011 Goals
and Strategic Plan. The plan is scheduled to be presented and
approved at the July 20 City Council meeting.
• The Council asked for more information on the West Suburban Teen
Clinic that may occupy space on 8th Ave. in Hopkins. City Manager
Getschow will follow -up.
• The Council discussed the events coming up at the Raspberry
Festival- including the city booth during Saturday Family Days.
With no further business, a motion was made by Brausen, seconded by
Youakim to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. The
meeting was adjourned at 9:45 pm.
