RESOLUTION NO. 2010 -041
RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2n STREET NORTH SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 04 -13
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Dave Perkins Contracting. in the amount of $265,345.00 is the lowest
responsible bid for the 2 Street North Sanitary Sewer Improvements, City Project 04-
13, and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Bolten & Menk, Inc will perform the
construction services for this project and the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with said firm for and on behalf of the City;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Agreement For Sanitary Sewer Service with
the City of Minnetonka is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized and
directed to execute said agreement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 2n day of August,
