RESOLUTION NO. 2011-027
RESOLUTION AMENDING 2011-2015 CIP
EXCELSIOR BLVD SANITARY SEWER LINING
WHEREAS, the City has applied for and received a sanitary sewer improvement
grant from the Metropolitan Council, and
WHEREAS, the grant will pay for approximately two thirds of the proposed
sanitary sewer project, and
WHEREAS, the project is necessitated by the deteriorated condition of the
existing pipe;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
Excelsior Blvd Sanitary Sewer Lining project, 11-CIP-U012, be added to the 2011-2015
Capital Improvements Plan in the year 2011.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 7t' day of June, 2011.
