RESOLUTION NO. 2011-039
RESOLUTION REVISING MISCELLANEOUS FEES
WHEREAS, the Hopkins City Code authorizes the City Council to set fees by
Resolution, and;
WHEREAS, the City needs to offset the cost of providing Notary services to the
public;
THEREFORE BE IT NOW RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins hereby establish the following fee for providing Notary Services to non-
residents of the City of Hopkins.
NOTARY FEE: $1.00 per signature requiring notarization.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 16th day of August 2011.
