RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AN ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN
RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, as follows: Gordon Anderson is hereby designated
to serve as an alternate director of the Suburban Rate
Authority for the remainder of year 1986, replacing John
Strojan, and until a successor is appointed.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the City of Hopkins herby certify that the attached
and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution
duly adopted by the City Council of Hopkins at its meeting

the meeting of such council for said date, on file and of
record in my office.
