go RESOLUTION NO. 86- 69
APPROVING AND RATIFYING ALL PREVIOUS ACTIONS
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Hopkins being duly formed and recognized as a validly existing
Commission pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Hopkins; and
WHEREAS, the members of said Commission have transacted and
conducted certain affairs of the City as empowered and directed to
perform from time to time by the City of Hopkins; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hopkins deems it
desirable to ratify, approve and confirm the aforementioned actions
of the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted from time to time.
M NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all business heretofore
transacted be and hereby is in all respects approved and that all
actions, recommendations, motions and resolutions taken or
authorized by the Planning and Zoning Commission prior to the date
of adoption of this resolution by the City Council be and they
are in all respects approved, adopted, ratified or confirmed.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, at a regular meeting held the 21st day of October,
1986.
