1986-73RESOLUTION NO. 86-73 CITY OF HOPKINS HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING APPLICATION FOR WAIVER OF PLAT WVR86-5 WHEREAS, an application for a Waiver of Plat entitled WVR86-5 has been made by Johnson Enterprises, Inc. to divide the property at 2100 Mainstreet into two parcels. WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for Waiver of Plat WVR86-5 was filed with the City of Hopkins on October 15, 1986. 2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission reviewed such application on October 28, 1986. 3. That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed notices, held a public hearing on October 28, 1986; all persons present at the ® hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. . That the written comments and analysis of the City Staff and the Planning Commission were considered. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hopkins City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to WVR86-5: 1. The lots conform to the minimum lot size for the B-3 District. 2. The existing parking lots are legal, non- conforming, which will remain the same. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for Waiver of Plat WVR86-5 is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant complies with the Building Code Requrements.
