ORDINANCE NO. 86- 560
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT PART
OF THE HOPKINS ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 427
PERTAINING TO AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as
follows:
Section 1: That the present provisions regarding premises
are hereby repealed and in lieu thereof the following zoning
uses in said location be changed as follows:
Par. 1: That part of the east 295 feet of the Northwest
Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 25, Township 227, Range 22,
lying South of the North 433 feet from R-6 Residential to R-
2 Residential.
Par. 2: The Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 25,
township 227, Range 22, lying south of the Northerly 600
feet and west of the east 195 feet from R-6 Residential to
I-1 Industrial.

City of Hopkins held on February 4, 1986, and finally read,
approved, adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting
held on the 18th day of February, 1986.
