AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER V, SECTION 500:00 OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS
1977 CODE OF ORDINANCE RE: LIQUOR LICENSE FEES AND VARIOUS LICENSE FEES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Hopkins as follows:
That Chapter V, Section 500:00 of the "1977 Code of Ordinances of The
City of Hopkins" be and is hereby amended as to those certain license
or permit fees in the Subdivision numbers herein appearing as follows:

BUSINESSES
119 Cigarette vending machines per year $ 30.00
FOOD
145 Vending machine - packaged food per year 25.00
146 Vending machine - unpackaged
food per year 25.00
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Hopkins held February 4, 1986, and finally read, approved, adopted
and ordered published at a special meeting of said Council of said
City on February 18, 1986.
