AN ORDINANCE AMENDING HOPKINS
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 427 PROHIBITING
WASTE FACILITIES WITHIN ALL ZONING DISTRICTS
BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins as follows:
That the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance No. 427.48 be and the
same is hereby amended by adding the following provisions:
427.48 (11) Waste facilities shall be prohibited uses
in all zoning districts.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Hopkins held on August 5, 1986,'and finally read
approved, adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting
of said Council on August 19, 1986.
